Premium Terms
1. About These Terms
This page is the full text behind the acceptance prompt shown in the PATH Profit Zones extension. The extension displays a short summary and links here, so that you can read everything before you agree.
The version and effective date shown at the top of this page identify this revision. When we publish a revision, the extension asks you to accept it again. The address of this page does not change between revisions, so a link to it always resolves.
Plain summary. Premium is licensed to you for use on up to 2 devices. Monthly and annual plans include 5,000 usage credits each calendar month for live pricing scans. Cached results are always free. Lifetime licences are not metered at all. You accept these terms once per version, and declining turns off Premium features without touching your billing.
2. Your Licence
A Premium licence grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Premium features of PATH Profit Zones for as long as your licence is active.
- Device limit. You may use your licence on up to 2 devices. You can move a licence between devices; the limit applies to how many are active at once, not to how many you may ever use.
- One person per licence. A licence is for your own use. Sharing a licence key outside your own devices is not permitted.
- The extension, not the data. Your licence covers the software. Product and pricing data shown in the extension comes from sources such as Amazon and Keepa, and remains subject to their own terms.
3. Usage Credits
Live pricing scans consume usage credits. Credits exist so that the cost of the pricing data behind the extension stays predictable for everyone, and so that ordinary daily use is never interrupted.
| What | Credits |
|---|---|
| Monthly and annual plan allowance | 5,000 per calendar month |
| Live pricing scan, per market checked | Typically 10 to 18 |
| Cached results | None, always free |
| Reset | 1st of each calendar month (UTC) |
| Rollover of unused credits | None |
| Lifetime licences | Not metered |
How the allowance behaves
- Cached results never consume credits. Re-opening something the extension has already scanned costs nothing.
- Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month, in UTC. Unused credits do not carry forward into the next month.
- If you use the full allowance, new live scans pause until the reset. Everything already scanned keeps working normally, and the rest of the extension continues to function.
- We absorb the edge. A scan already in progress may finish slightly over the allowance. We cover that difference. It is never counted against you or against the following month.
4. Lifetime Licences Are Not Metered
Lifetime licences were granted at no charge, and they were uncapped when granted and remain uncapped. Usage credits do not apply to lifetime licences in any form. There is no monthly allowance to run out of, no reset date that matters to you, and no pause on live scans.
5. Accepting These Terms
Using Premium requires accepting the current version of these terms once. The extension shows the prompt, and your acceptance is recorded together with the version you accepted and a link to this page.
- Accepting. One acceptance covers that version of the terms for as long as it is current.
- Declining. If you decline, Premium features are disabled. Nothing else happens.
- Changing your mind. You can accept later from the extension's settings, and Premium features are restored.
- Your billing is not affected. Declining does not cancel your subscription, change your plan, or trigger any charge or refund. Cancellation is a separate action, taken through the billing portal.
6. Revisions
When these terms change materially, we publish a new version with a new version string and effective date, and the extension asks you to accept the new version. Acceptances you have already given stay on record against the version they were given for.
This page always shows the current version. The address of the page stays the same across revisions.

8. Refunds and Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
- First purchase. If Premium is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first Premium purchase and we will refund it in full. This applies to your first monthly or annual purchase. Lifetime licences were granted at no charge, so there is nothing to refund against them.
- Renewals. Renewal charges are not refundable. Cancel before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal catches you by surprise, write to us anyway and we will look at it.
- Part-used periods. We do not refund unused time in a period that has already started, because your access continues for the whole of it.
- Usage credits. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, sold, or transferred, and unused credits are not compensated when a licence ends.
To ask about a refund, email from the address you purchased with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
What the extension does, and does not, promise
PATH Profit Zones surfaces estimates and observed figures. It does not promise profit. Fees, prices, rankings, competition, and demand all move, and the numbers shown are a reading of available data at a point in time, not a forecast and not advice.
- Sourcing decisions are yours. What you buy, at what price, and in what quantity is your commercial judgement. We are not responsible for the outcome of those decisions.
- Third-party data. Product and pricing data comes from sources including Amazon and Keepa. It can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and those services can change or restrict access at any time. We do not warrant the accuracy or availability of data we did not produce.
- Availability. Premium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and browser, marketplace, or upstream API changes may temporarily affect features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Dog Inc is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost or unsold inventory, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of PATH Profit Zones, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Premium is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and White Dog Inc agree that the courts located in Denver County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally.
Talk to us first
Before starting any formal proceeding, please email and give us 30 days to put it right. Most things are a misunderstanding about a charge or a licence, and they are quicker to fix directly.
General
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and White Dog Inc regarding Premium, and replace any earlier version.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your licence or these terms. We may assign them to a successor of the business.
