Real help with your Amazon business, from the people who built the method.
One focused session on the thing that’s actually stuck.
Four things we hear almost every week
These come from actual sessions with sellers who are already selling. Not beginners. People with inventory moving, leads piling up, and one problem they keep reopening and closing again.
“I have a huge lead list and still can’t find enough profitable, ungated ASINs to buy.”
You built the database. 107,000 leads, and the gap between that number and matched, approved, profitable, in stock is where all your time goes.
“SellerBoard is connected and pulling from Amazon, and I have literally done nothing with it.”
The COGS are half empty, so the profit number is fiction, so you don’t trust it, so you don’t open it. That loop is very common and it breaks in about one sitting.
“There’s no routine to any of this. Am I even doing it right?”
No daily rhythm, no weekly check, no quarterly reset. You’re working hard on whatever is loudest, and you have nobody to confirm you’re on the method.
“There’s something stuck that’s not getting me past 10.”
Ten thousand a month, steady, for longer than you’d like. The filters aren’t the problem at that point. The plan is, and so is how much you’re carrying by yourself.
None of that means something is wrong with your business. It means you’ve hit the edge of what you can work out alone at your desk, which is a good problem and a normal one. It’s also exactly what an hour with us is for.
How this works
- Look at what we cover. The range of things a session can be about.
- Choose one session or three, and pay.
- Pick your session, your coach, and your time. On the next page, right after you pay.
Two people, two kinds of stuck
You’re not getting handed to a support queue. Tell us the topic when you book and you’ll get the right one of us.
Brian
Co-author of P.A.T.H. and the builder behind PATH Profit Zones. If a workflow in the method exists, there’s a good chance Brian wrote it, and a better chance he wrote the tool it runs in.
Bring him: numbers, SellerBoard, the lead pipeline, pricing, tool stack.
Robin Joy
Robin doesn’t coach filters. She coaches the operator. Sellers come to her stuck at a number and leave with a different relationship to their own business, plus a plan they can hold on a hard week.
Bring her: the plateau, delegation, overwhelm, balance, and life circumstances that are throttling the business.
One session, or three
Same pricing for every session on the menu, and for any of the three of us.
- One focused, 60-minute working session on a real problem in your real account
- Screen shared, live, in your numbers and your leads
- Next actions written down before we hang up
- Your pick of Brian or Robin
- Three focused, 60-minute sessions, booked one at a time
- Use the first to diagnose, the next two to actually change something
- Mix topics and mix people. Numbers with Brian, then the plateau with Robin
- We hold the thread between sessions, so you don’t re-explain your business
How it runs: pay first, then you land straight on a page with our scheduling link and pick your time. Two minutes, start to finish.
An AI coach trained on our exact method
We’re building the other end of the ladder. An always-on coach that knows the method the way we do, walks a brand new seller from account setup through a first shipment, and answers the “wait, am I doing this right” question at eleven at night when we’re asleep.
It’s the thing we’ve wanted to hand every person who joins Kickstart. Not a replacement for a human session. The floor underneath it.
Planned at about $29 a month. It isn’t built yet, so there is nothing to buy here. Get on the list and you’ll hear from us first.
One email when it’s ready to try. We don’t share your address, and we won’t use this list for anything else.
The short version of the questions
How does booking work?
You pay for the session first. Stripe sends you straight to a page on this site with our scheduling link, and you pick a time that works. You’ll get a calendar invite with the video link on it.
If you buy the three-pack, you book one session at a time from that same page.
What actually happens in a session?
Each session is 60 minutes. You bring one problem and, where it helps, share your screen so we’re looking at the real thing. SellerBoard, your lead list, Seller Central, whatever the problem lives in.
We work on it live. No slides, no generic training. You leave with the next actions written down, in order.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, using the link in your calendar invite. Please give us at least 24 hours where you can. We’d much rather move a session than have you sit through one while your head is somewhere else.
What if it wasn’t worth it?
Then tell us and we’ll refund that session. We’d rather hear it than keep the money and lose you. Any unused session, single or from the three-pack, is refundable at any time, no explanation needed.
Do I need to be at a certain size?
No, but here’s the honest answer. These sessions are at their best when there’s a real business to look at, even a small one. Inventory moving, some numbers to read, a decision in front of you.
If you haven’t made your first sale yet, a session will still help, and the coach waitlist above is probably the better place to start.
Can I pick who I work with?
Yes. Tell us the topic and who you want when you schedule. If you’re not sure, describe the problem and we’ll route it to whichever of us is right for it.
You already know which problem it is
It’s the one you’ve opened three times this month and closed again. Bring us that one.
