How long is the training total?

Roughly 3.5 hours across all four courses. All courses are designed to be applied as you watch. You can be fully operational the same day.

Do I need a Keepa subscription?

Yes. Keepa costs approximately 29 euros/month or 290 euros/year. If you're doing arbitrage on Amazon, it's a non-negotiable tool and the training assumes you have it. The Config course walks you through setting up your account from scratch.
